Divine Tempo, a new ecstatic dance group in collaboration with Ecstatic Dance Charleston dedicated to Black, Indigenous, and People of Color. Join us as we move, groove, and connect with our bodies and community in a space that celebrates our cultures and experiences.
Ecstatic dance is a free-form movement and dance practice where participants dance without choreography in a completely judgment free environment.
During an ecstatic dance session a professional DJ will create an intentional set varying in tempo and style, encouraging participants to move in ways that feel natural to them.

BIPOC Ecstatic Dance is a variation of ecstatic dance specifically catered to and organized by Black, Indigenous, and People of Color. The music and themes used in these ecstatic dances often reflect and celebrate the diverse cultures and histories of these communities.
A safe and inclusive environment where Black, Indigenous, and People of Color can dance without fear of judgment or cultural appropriation.
Healing, empowerment, providing opportunities to recover from stress and trauma, and connecting with their center.

BiBi Beatz is a DJ and Musician/Producer based in Charleston, SC. Her mixing choice is predominantly based around afrobeats, ancestral rhythms and some good ole funky tunes with a sparkle of Goddess magic dust.
She started out DJing alone in her home-based studio since late 2020 and started performing live in 2022,
