Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach us at dance@divinetempochs.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.

Our events are all ages, but it is the utmost responsibility of the parent to ensure that the child is not a distraction for the group. Children that do attend are expected to follow guidelines, including no talking, and no cell phones or devices on the dance floor.

Your investment supports the team including our DJ, space rental, organizers, our sound engineers and facilitators. Any excess profits support our ability to bring embodiment and revolutionary mind-body movement to children that wouldn't otherwise have access. To inquire about work trade options, please email us at dance@divinetempochs.com.

Yes! We understand that our recurring dances on Wednesday Nights being approximately at 6pm and some people may be arriving after work. If you have to arrive late, come when you can! It will be worth it.

Yes... and No. Our recurring first Wednesday dances at the Park Circle Community Building are designated for our BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) community. However, if you are not a member of the BIPOC community, we have dances available at St. Julian Devine Community Center every Third Friday of the month under our inclusive group called Open House. This group was created to give all of our dance communities a chance to dance together under one roof.
